Provbl is a product and a brand of Inventiff. Where this site says “we”, it means Inventiff acting under that brand. Inventiff works from Cluj-Napoca and London.

We write this site ourselves and check what it says against what the product actually does. Where a figure or a scenario is an example rather than something measured or quoted, the page says so in the text next to it. Look for the word illustrative. Those are worked examples, not commitments, not benchmarks and not customer results.

Customer stories are published anonymised, with the customer’s agreement. Product specifications, capabilities and timelines can change as the platform develops. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; what is binding is the written agreement signed between us.

Provbl is sold to organisations, not to consumers. This website and the agreements it describes address businesses and public bodies, so the consumer-specific rules of Romanian and EU law, distance-selling withdrawal rights in particular, do not apply to what is offered here.

Governing law is Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Baia Mare, Maramureș County.

Inventiff holds four certifications. They are audits of how Inventiff operates, which is worth something when you are choosing who to work with. They are not audits of the software running in your own data centre, and no certificate held by us could be.

Certificate numbers, the issuing body, the expiry dates and the certified scope are on the certificates themselves. Ask us and we will send them, which is the only version of a certification claim worth anything in a procurement pack. Write to [email protected].

What we do not hold

No ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management systems, and no SOC 2. Both are on the table, neither exists today, and a page about provable answers is a poor place to be vague about it.

What secures your deployment instead

Your install is secured by where it runs and by what it does: inside infrastructure you control, with passage-level access enforced inside the search, single sign-on through your own identity provider, an audit log you hold, and the source code delivered so your security team can read what is running.
