Your data stays in your company. Even we never get a copy.
Your documents, your CRM and ERP data, and the AI model all stay inside your company. Nothing is sent to public AI apps, used to train other models, or copied to Provbl.

01 Does any of our data leave our environment?
No. Provbl, its search index and the AI model all run in your own infrastructure, wherever you choose. It reads your documents and records where they already live. No outside AI vendor sees them, and nothing is used for training.
02 What can it produce besides answers?
Comparisons, tables and charts, plus finished reports, briefs and contracts written from your own templates. You export them to Word, PDF or Excel, and every figure keeps a link to its source.
03 Could someone see restricted content by rephrasing the question?
No. Restricted content is excluded inside the search itself, before an answer is written. The AI never reads it, so asking differently can’t surface it.
04 What if it makes something up?
Every answer shows its sources, so you can check it in one click. When your data doesn’t hold the answer, it tells you and names what it would need.
05 Do we need to clean up our data first?
No. It reads your drives, inboxes, scans and systems as they are today. Bulk tagging and the built-in document manager let you sort documents out later, at your own pace.
06 Can AI costs get out of hand?
You set a monthly budget for each person and each team. When someone reaches their cap, an admin decides whether to raise it.
07 Our clients forbid putting their data into AI. Does that rule this out?
That clause is usually about public AI tools and third-party AI vendors. Here their data never reaches one. It stays under your access rules, in your own infrastructure, and the model that reads it runs there too.
08 Who looks after it once it’s running?
